Corroding
manholes with infiltrating water can be sealed and relined with various techiques.
MSI incorporates chemical grouting, Cementious fiber mortar with a trowel finish
or applied epoxy coatings. Surface preparation requires a minimum of 2K
PSI hydroblasting. Occasionally up to 10K PSI with a sand injection blast
is needed if rusty reinforcing steel is exposed.

and had to suit up!!
A
waste station at a Napa valley winery from concrete deterioration exposing the
base and rebar. Hydroblasting at 7k psi and sand blasting the rebar inside the
5' x 16' wet well prepared the surface for Neopoxy NP53 structural expoxy which
was then applied to 1 1/2" thick somewhere in beautiful San Andreas.
