This cost effective leak stopping procedure is permanent. The packer injects a chemical grout that forms a water proof collar around the outside of the leaking pipe. Sometimes a simple seal is all that is needed. Leak chasing sometimes occurs and must be dealt with as the water table varies. The leaks that are missed during the CCTV inspection can be found by a simple air or water test performed by the grout packer |
