Manhole Rehab Defective manholes allowing infiltration can be sealed and/or relined with various techniques. MSI incorporates chemical grouting and cementitious fiber mortar with a trowel finish or applied epoxy coatings to eliminate leakage. Prior to rehabilitation, the manhole surface is hydro-blasted to remove any loose material and create a clean surface to accept the repair.
