An unexpected rainstorm floated this 400' section of 96" RCP conduit out of a grade. The Vactor XPS industrial loader was instrumental in reseting this pipe back to within a 1/2 inch of its original grade. The project took MSI six days. Two excavators were used primarily to keep the 10' sections of conduit from rolling out of postion unto the crew members working underneath them.
